D.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the August 2 2023 CIAC meeting.
E. PRESENTATIONS:
EA Consider a presentation from the Utilities and Environmental Services Department, review the
draft report, and considera recommendation to Council regarding land use, Capital
Improvement Projects CIP and maximum Capital Recovery Fees.
E.2 Consider a presentation from the Transportation Department and recommend approval of the
Roadway Impact Fee Study and Ordinance with a rate of implementation of the updated
maximum impact fee.

In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Capital improvements Advisory Committee for
the City of Round Rack reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of
