This is a partial release of an existing waterline easement. The physical utility alignment was altered by
development and the area to be released will no longer be occupied by City utility infrastructure. A new
easement that corresponds to the new utility alignment has been recorded which now allows for this
partial release to occur. The City Utilities Director is agreeable to this release.
