This change order includes deducting concrete work that was not out of compliance, adding additional concrete work that was found to be out of compliance, as well as associated irrigation adjustments and adding additional dirt where concrete was removed. This overall project included concrete ribbon curbs surrounding the landscape beds near the house, correcting various ADA issues (sidewalks and parking), and replacement of the park entry sign to update it to current standards. At the completion of the new Kinningham House construction, PARD allocated funds to replace the playground, site amenties, and make the improvements included in this project in an effort to bring the entire park up to standards. The playground was completed March 10, 2023 and the site amenities have already been installed in the park.
