MANAGEMENT Contract
THIS CONTRACT for the personal services of musicians on the engagement described below is made this
10/18/2023, between the undersigned purchaser of music, herein called "Purchaser" and the undersigned musician
or musicians

1. Location of Event: Old Settlers Park 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd. Round Rock, TX 78665
2. Name of Band Booked: Elevation
3. Date of Event: Thursday, July 4, 2024
4. Type of Engagement: Round Rock 4th of July
5. Agreed upon compensation: $17000
6. Guests Arrival / Event Time: Two (2) one hour sets between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
7. Power Requirement: 6 Separate 20 Amp Circuits
8. Caveat Emptor: This contract and the terms and conditions contained herein, may be enforced by Emerald City,
and its agents, and by each musician who is a party to this contract or whose name appears on the contract or who
has, in fact, performed the engagement contracted for (herein called participating musician (s)).
9. Parking: Purchaser shall provide for ARTIST parking for the truck and vehicles of all members in the closest
possible location. Any parking charges that Artist incurs during the event will be invoiced to Purchaser within five (5)
business days of performance.
10. Sound and Lights provided by Purchaser. An outdoor 16' by 24' covered stage provided by purchaser. Artist will
provide back line and wireless microphones. Artist will need 3 hours to load in and 2 hours to load out.
11. Food for the Band: Hot food and beverages for 8 to be provided by purchaser in an outdoor covered area one
hour prior to the performance.
112. Overtime: Pro -rated at $6375 per half hour and must be paid as described below by the following business week.
13. CANCELLATION, PURCHASER REVERSAL OF CANCELLATION, ALTERNATE DATE AFTER CANCELLATION, If Purchaser cancels for any
reason, Purchaser will remain llabio for the agreed price (Article 8). If Artist accepts a substitute event on the cancelled date for a price equal to or
greater than the agreed price, then Purchaser will only be liable for a 6% administrative charge, If Artist accepts a substitute event that Is less
than the agreed price, then Purchaser will be liable for the price difference plus a 611/6 administrative charge. If Purchaser asks Artist to perform
after Purchaser has cancelled, Artist will have the option of accepting depending on the availability of musicians, proximity, and other
considerations. Purchaser may request to book Artist on an alternate dale after a cancellation for a 21ia/e courtesy discount off of the price
applicable to the alternate date. If for any reason Artist is unable to perform, Artist will offer a suitable replacement. If the replacement is not
acceptable to Purchaser for any reason, Artist will refund all money received from Purchaser as Purchaser's sole remedy.

mutually agreed upon dote (precluding Saturday nights after e:60 PM) within 12 months of the performance date stated in this contract.
15. Deposit and Payments: Please remit your deposit payment in the amount of $8500. A final payment of $8500 is due by
6/2412024. Payments can be mailed to 4807 Keller Springs Rd, Addison, TX 75001 and made payable to: Emerald City
Management, LLC and include Event 1D: 30885 in the check memo.
16. Special Instructions : All travel provided by Artist.
