TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Not ce is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hail,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock„ TX, on November 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commis on and on November 16, 2023, at 6:00 pm by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard
at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock,Texas, 2018, Part ; -Zoning and Development Code:
1) Chapter 4, Article VI, Sec. 4-82. - Water and wastewater impact fees. Regard`ng changes to water and
wastewater impact fees; and providing for a savings clause and repealing cont icting ordinances and
resolutions.
