Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on November 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council.
Interested parties may appear and be Beard at the public hear7ng.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the City initiated request for the
annexation of approximately 10.84 acres of Right of Way. The City Council may approve, modify, or deny this
application. Case No. AN23-000005
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of approximately 10.84 acres, more or less, out of the Wiley Harris
Survey, Abstract No. 298. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City
of Round Rock Planning and Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock,Texas.
Land Use Proposal: Right of way
Location: South of McNeil Rd and North of SH 45.
