posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.

E.1 Consider a status update on the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant.
E.2 Consider an update regarding the City's transit program from the Transportation Department.

F. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event,the item will be removed from the consent aqenda and considered separately.
F.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the March 10, 2022 City Council meeting.
F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute "Amendment Three to Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement for the Austin Regional Intelligence Center(ARIC)" adding additional
partner agencies.

F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement for participation
in a cooperative purchasing program with Harris County Department of Education.
F.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement for participation
in a cooperative purchasing program with the City of Pearland.
F.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Home Depot USA
Inc.for the purchase of maintenance, repair,and operating supplies and services.
F.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with DPC Industries, Inc.
for the purchase of water treatment chemicals.
F.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Cityzen Solutions,
Inc.for the purchase of public input software services.
G. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
G.1 Consider public testimony regarding the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)
2022-2023 Annual Action Plan.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Joint Election Agreement and Contract
for Election Services with Williamson County for the May 7, 2022 General Election.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Joint Election Agreement with Travis
County for the May 7, 2022 General Election.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Architexas for
professional consulting services related to the Stagecoach Inn-Phase 4 project.
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with BGE,
Inc.for the Chisholm Trail Road Project.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
Freese and Nichols, Inc.for the Chisholm Trail South Improvements(Old Town) Project.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services
Agreement with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc.for the Regional Interceptor Inspection 2022 Project.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services
Agreement with POWER Engineers, Inc.for as-needed environmental related services.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with T. Morales Company
Electric&Controls, Ltd.
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with
Ardurra Group, Inc.for the Stone Oak Pump Station Modifications Project.
H.10 Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a resolution determining the necessity and
authorizing the use of the City's power of eminent domain to acquire a 0.2130 acre permanent
waterline easement and 0.1418 acre temporary construction easement from property owned by
Paul Bullis and Susan Lofton Bullis for the Sam Bass 42"Water Main project.

H.11 Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a resolution determining the necessity and
authorizing the use of the City's power of eminent domain to acquire a 0.2717 acre permanent
waterline easement and 0.2527 acre temporary construction easement from property owned by
Ann Kwalwasser and Chris Kjeldsen for the Sam Bass 42" Water Main project.

Code,Chapter 2,Article VIII (2018 Edition),adding Section 2-100 regarding recycling
requirements for multifamily developments. (First Reading)*
1.2 Consider an ordinance vacating,abandoning and closing a 0.373 acre portion of Oakmont Drive
in Oakmont Centre Section 5. (First Reading)*

K. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
K.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.072 Government Code, related to the
purchase,sale,and/or value of real property located adjacent to Forest Creek Golf Club.
K.2 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.072 Government Code, related to the
purchase,sale,and/or value of real property located at the southeast corner of Red Bud Lane
and County Road 123.
L. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter,the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above,the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
