G.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the June 23, 2022 City Council meeting.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution designating the City of Round Rock as a Bee City USA affiliate.

H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Library Interiors of
Texas for the library relocation services.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Paragon Multi
Family Roofing, Inc.for roofing repairs at Clay Madsen Recreation Center(CMRC).
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Confidentiality and Software
Subscription Agreement with eight20 consulting for analysis of the City's sales tax data.
H.5 Consider a resolution ratifying the action of the City Manager to implement Stage 1 Water
Conservation Regulations.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Chasco Constructors for
the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System 21-inch Wastewater Main Repair Project.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority(BCRUA)to
approve a contract with Austin Underground, Inc.for the BCRUA New Hope Drive 72-Inch Water
Main Trench Settlement Remediation Project.
H.8 Consider public testimony regarding and a resolution approving the City of Round Rock CDBG
2022-2023 Annual Action Plan and authorizing the mayor to execute all related applications,
certifications,and the subsequent Funding/Approval Agreement with HUD.
H.9 Consider public testimony regarding and a resolution expressing no objection to the creation of
an affordable multi-family housing development located at 1425 CR 118.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Development Agreement with LSBD

H.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Wastewater Service

of Round Rock,et al,cause no. 22-0482-C395.
L. ADJOURNMENT
'Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter,the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above,the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below,as authorized by Texas Government Code:
