G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Williamson
County for the establishment of EMS ambulance and personnel housing at Round Rock fire
stations.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No.3 to City
of Round Rock Software as a Service& Professional Consulting Services Agreement with
PerfectMIND, Inc.for Parks and Recreation Program Management Software.
G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
BGE, Inc.for the Chisholm Trail North Utilities Project.
GA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with Pro Dirt Services, LLC for
the College Park Drive Project.
G.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
4 with J.D.Abrams, LP for the Kenney Fort Boulevard Segments 2&3 Project.
G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Magnum
Trailers for an ADA portable restroom.
G.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Lake Country
Chevrolet for the purchase of vehicles for the Police Department.
G.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Lake Country
Chevrolet for the purchase of Chevrolet vehicles for the City's fleet.
G.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property
owners of 31.72 acres located south of University Boulevard and west of SH 130.

H.1 Consider public testimony regarding an ordinance annexing 31.72 acres of land located south of
University Boulevard and west of SH 130,and the adjacent 2.73 acre portion of the CR 118
right-of-way between University and 130(First Reading)*
H.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance zoning 31.72 acres located south of
University Boulevard and west of SH 130 to the Planned Unit Development(PUD) No.142 zoning
district. (First Reading)*
I. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
J. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
J.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.087,Government Code,to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the City.

K. ADJOURNMENT
"Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter,the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above,the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below,as authorized by Texas Government Code:
