G.2 Consider an ordinance repealing Volume II,Chapter 42,Article ll,Traffic Regulations, Division 14,
Automated Red-Light Enforcement and replacing it with Division 14, Non-Radioactive Hazardous

H.1 Consider a resolution adopting an updated Investment Policy&Strategy for the City of Round
Rock,Texas
H.2 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Quarterly Financial and Investment Report for the
quarter ended September 30, 2022.
H.3 Consider a presentation regarding,and a resolution approving the Capital Improvements Plan
Progress Semi-Annual Report regarding Water and Wastewater from the Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee.
HA Consider a presentation regarding, and a resolution approving the Capital Improvements Plan
Progress Semi-Annual Report regarding Roadway Impact Fees from the Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 6 with
Rodriguez Transportation Group, Inc.for the Gattis School Road (Segment 3) Project.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Turtle Creek
Market, LLC for the purchase of a 0.115 acre parcel required for construction of the proposed
Gattis School Road (segment 3) roadway project.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
9 with DeNucci Constructors LLC for the University Boulevard Widening-IH 35 to Sunrise Road
Project.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Rule 11 Condemnation Settlement
Agreement with RRHI, Inc.,et. al.,for the acquisition of 0.090 acre parcel for construction of the
Chisholm Trail Road Right Turn Lane project.
H.9 Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a resolution determining the necessity and
authorizing the use of the City's power of eminent domain to acquire a 0.0321 acre fee simple
parcel and 0.0333 acre temporary construction easement from property owned by Regions Bank
located at 101 Old Settlers Blvd West.
H.10 Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a resolution determining the necessity and
authorizing the use of the City's power of eminent domain to acquire 0.065 acre from property
owned by Top Family, LLC.
H.11 Consider a resolution amending"Appendix A: Fees, Rates and Charges"to the Code of
Ordinances(2018 Edition) related to subdivision fees, building permit fees, and zoning fees.
