I. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
J. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
J.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.087, Government Code,to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
1.2 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.071 Government Code relative to consultation
with the city's attorneys regarding pending litigation, to wit:Texas Disposal Systems, Inc.v. City
of Round Rock, et al, cause no. 22-0482-C395.

*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
