Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so

posted aqenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.
E. PROCLAMATIONS, STAFF RECOGNITION AND SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:
E.1 Consider proclaiming August 2022 as "Children's Vision and Learning Month" in the City of
Round Rock.
F. STAFF PRESENTATIONS:
F.1 Consider a presentation and department update from Sports Management and Tourism.
G. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
G.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the August 11, 2022 City Council meeting.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Consolidated Traffic
Controls, Inc. for the purchase of traffic control, enforcement, and signal preemption equipment.

G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Presidio Custom
Metal Works LLC for the purchase of fence and railing installation and repair services.
G.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Heat Transfer
Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of HVAC equipment and services.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Landscape
Forms, Inc.for the outdoor furniture for the new library.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Insane Impact,
LLC for the purchase of an LED Video Display Trailer.
H.3 Consider a resolution determining that "Competitive Sealed Proposal" is the delivery method
which provides the best value for the remaining portions of the Heritage Trail Project.
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Rec Trac LLC for
recreation management software services.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
Volkert, Inc. for the E. Main Sidewalk Gap Proiect.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
2 with Patin Construction, LLC for the FM 1460/AW Grimes Blvd. Northbound Right Turn Lanes
at Old Settlers Blvd. &Chandler Creek Blvd. Project.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a resolution determining the necessity
and authorizing the use of the City's power of eminent domain to acquire 0.090 acre from
property owned by RRHI, Inc. and Edmond Investment Group, Inc.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with PM Construction &
Rehab, LLC for the Chandler Creek Pipe Bursting Replacement Project.
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Water Service Agreement
with Jim Boles and Monti Boles.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Subrecipient Agreement with
Williamson County for the Williamson County Regional Water Supply, Segment A Project.
H.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Advance Funding Agreement and a
revised Standard Utility Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the
Waterline Betterment Project at 1-35 (Cap-Ex North Section).
H.12 Consider a resolution approving and adopting Financial Policies related to the Budget for FY
2022-23.
I. ORDINANCES:
1.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting the FY 2022-2023 Annual
Budget for the City of Round Rock. (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings)
1.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting the 2022 Property Tax Rate for

J. APPOINTMENTS:
J.1 Consider one(1)appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission/Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee to fill an expired term.
J.2 Consider one(1)appointment of a representative to the Round Rock Chamber board of
directors.
K. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
L. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
LA Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.087,Government Code,to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
L.2 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.071,Government Code, related to
consultation with attorneys regarding an update on the Comptroller of Public Accounts'
proposed rule amendment related to sales tax.
M. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below,as authorized by Texas Government Code:
