A public hearing will be held by the Round Rock City Council on Thursday, December 7,
2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Round Rock City Council Chambers located at 221 East Main Street.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments concerning the 2022-2023 Consolidated
Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The City of Round Rock is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development to make an annual performance plan available to the public for examination and
comment for a period of at least fifteen days. The 2022-2023 CAPER will be available from
November 17, 2023 through December 8, 2023 at 5 p.m. for public review in the Office of
Community Development, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, TX, and on the City of Round Rock
Website at www.roundrocktexas.(iov .
The City of Round Rock is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Reasonable
