The specific scope of work is developed from email instructions dated March 04, 2024. Inland understands that the City of Round Rock will secure ROE for surveying activities prior to NTP and provide Inland copies with any special instructions. SCOPE OF SERVICES Project Site Address of Subject Property: Legal Description Subject Property Appraisal District ID number: 100 Tower Drive, Round Rock, TX 78664 54648 - South Park, Lot 1, ACRES 0.274 R072581 TSPS Category 1A, Condition 3 - Land Title Survey 1. Inland will perform sufficient research of the affected properties to reconstruct the existing boundary lines from record information. 1504 Chisholm Trail Road, Suite 103 Round Rock, TX 78681 (�/ �- TBPEES Firm Reg. No, 10059100 March 5, 2024 Page 2 of 2 2. Inland will perform sufficient survey field boundary surveying for the project site to locate the record boundaries developed in item 1 on the ground. 3. Inland will perform sufficient boundary analysis of the gathered field work to depict the reconstructed boundaries. 4. Inland will find or set property corners monumenting the boundary of the property accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. 5. Inland will locate improvements (buildings, edge of pavement, back of curb, fences, evidence of utilities, etc.) within the subject site. 6. Inland will review one (1) title commitment and show easements listed on the title commitment on the survey plat. 7. Easements that may be required will be proposed as supplemental services with additional fees. 8. Deliverables will be one (1) survey plat signed and sealed by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors showing the results of the survey in PDF format. The lump sum fees for the above services to be: TSPS Land Title Survey: $5,000.00 (plus applicable tax) TOTAL: $5,000.00 (plus applicable tax) NOTE. This proposal understands that Sheets & Crossfield, will provide a VALID and CURRENT Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate issued from the City of Round Rock for the purchase of taxable land surveying services as a component of their deliverables. A copy of this certificate will be forwarded to Inland Geodetics in lieu of incurring sales tax charges for the boundary surveying portion of this proposal. Inland will begin work within one (1) week of Notice to Proceed and can complete the project within two (2) weeks thereafter. The estimated fee proposed above are based on personnel time required to perform the described Scope of Services. Additional time requirements resulting from project scope changes, site/route changes, plan revisions, field recovery of or discrepancies of control provided will be considered reasonable cause for us to seek additional compensation for services not included in these amounts.
