6A. Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 to the
Phase 2A Water Treatment Plant Expansion Planning Level Evaluation project with Walker
Partners to provide Final Design Engineering Services for the Phase 2A Project.
BB, Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute a Seventh Amendment to the Master
Contract for the Financing,Construction and Operation of the Brushy Creek Regional Utility
Authority, Inc. Regional Water Treatment and Distribution Project.

6C. Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute an agreement between Pedernales
Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PEC) and the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority(BCRUA)
regarding design and construction of permanent power to the Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery
System.
