to designate for residential land use approximately 11.32 acres of land,generally,located
northwest of the intersection of CR 118 and SH 130.Case No.CPF24-00000
F.2 Consider public testimony regarding,and a recommendation concerning the request filed by the
property owner, LSBD Round Rock 118 LLC for the original zoning of aperoximately 11.32 acres
of land to MF-2(Multifamily-Medium Density)district,generally located northwest of the
