TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 1, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and on May 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the
public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock,Texas, 2018, Part III —Zoning and Development Code:
1) Chapter 8, Article X, Division 9, Sec. 8-144. — General and Sec. 8-151 — Standards and Specifications.
Regarding the electrical code; and providing for a savings clause and repealing conflicting ordinances and
resolutions.
