with Board policy.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
4A. Consider approval of BCRUA minutes for March 27, 2024.
5. STAFF REPORTS:
5A. Consider an update regarding BCRUA Capital Projects.
5B. Consider an update regarding drought conditions and contingency plans.
6. RESOLUTIONS:
6A. Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute Work Change Directive No. 001 to the
BCRUA Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery System with Thalle/SAK Joint Venture, for a possible
emergency decommissioning of the existing raw water intake barge, due to low lake levels in
Lake Travis.
6B. Consider a resolution rejecting the one construction bid received on March 6, 2024, for the
BCRUA Delivery Points Improvements Phase 2 Project submitted by Archer Western
Construction.
6C. Consider a resolution authorizing the General Manager to execute standard documents and
change orders that involve a decrease, or an increase of$50,000 or less.

8. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Board of Directors of the Brushy Creek Regional
Utility Authority, Inc. reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this
meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below as authorized by Texas Government Code:
