As requested, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services relating to the property
captioned above. Tenns ofthe assignment are summarized below.
Real Estate to be Appraised: An 8.01 acre fee acquisition out of a 75.7
acre parent tract located between 1ackson
Street and Lake Travis, Travis County,
Texas.
Purpose of the Appraisal: To estimate just and adequate compensation
for acquisition ofthe 8.01 acre tract.
Use ofthe Report: Establishing a basis for acquisition of the
property.
Appraisal" Reporting Standards: The appraisal will be developed and the
report will be prepared in conformity with
and subject to the requirements of the
Unifonn Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the
Appraisal Foundation and the Code of
Professional Ethics and the Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice of the
Appraisal Institute.

The results of our analysis will be set forth
in a summary report as defined by Standards
Rule 2-2(b) ofUSPAP.
Fee: $7500,payable upon delivery ofthe report.
Time subsequent to the initial assignment,
including, without limitation, updates,
meetings, depositions, mediation,
arbitration, trial and preparation for
testimony, will be paid monthly as
incurred, at the following hourly rates:
Paul Hornsby: $2501hour
StaffAppraisers: $150-$200/hour
CompledoD: Estimated at 45 -60 days from your written
authorization to proceed.
