JRTA will provide consulting assistance during the design phase to the BCRUA and its design consultants to gather information as requested regarding the current status of the intake components,the hoist,mooring cables,power cables and control cables. JRTA will transmit the information via email and photos. JRTA will provide industry standard third party construction observation services during the construction phase including construction observation,daily reports,payment application review,change order review,RFI review, testing coordination,attending project meetings,prepare and submit construction documentation including construction deficiencies, design conflicts and coordination of stakeholders. The fee for the above listed services will not exceed$20,000, based on a rate of$90.00/hr and three hours/day for three months of service. Should the project extend beyond three months JRTA will submit a request for additional authorization.A certificate of General Liability insurance with BCRUA listed as certificate holder is attached.
