BASIC SCOPE OF SERVICES Task 7.0—Pump Station Insert Task 7.3.4.1 as follows. 7.3.4.1 Perform simulations for a loss of power to the Phase 2 raw water pump station to determine if the 24" CAVs at STA 68+00 and 163+00 can be replaced with smaller diameter controlled venting vacuum relief valves. The simulations will be performed with the surge control measures recommended in the 2016 surge analysis report titled "Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority Raw Water Pump Station Hydraulic Transient Analysis' dated May 26, 2016. Simulations will be repeated as necessary to determine the minimum recommended diameter for the replacement valves at these locations. Prepare a brief memorandum summarizing the results of the additional transient analysis. i i i 11/3012016 ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT C WORK SCHEDULE Supplemental Amendment No. 5 requires four weeks to complete assuming BCRUA returns any comments on the report within one week of delivery. 1'd ryL 11130/2016 ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT D FEE SCHEDULE The total compensation for services under Supplemental Agreement No. 5 is estimated to be $16,500.
