BCRUA_R-11-10-19-6BRESOLUTION NO. R-ll-IO-19-6B WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority ("BCRUA") desires to purchase a backhoe for the Water Treatment Plant, as outlined in the Owner Supplied Equipment List, and WHEREAS, ASCO Equipment is an approved vendor of the Texas Government Statewide Purchasing Cooperative ("Buy Board"), and WHEREAS, the BCRUA wishes to issue a purchase order to ASCO Equipment, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BRUSHY CREEK REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY, That the General Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to ASCO Equipment for a backhoe for the Water Treatment Plant, as outlined in the Owner Supplied Equipment List. The Board of Directors hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
