The amounts billed will be based on Lump Sum.The portion of the Lump Sum amount billed for Engineer's services will be based upon Engineer's estimate of the percentage of the total services actually completed during the billing period. Engineer shall not exceed the total Lump Sum amount unless approved in writing by BCRUA.The Lump Sum includes compensation for Engineer's services and services of its subconsultants.The total compensation for these services is estimated as a not to exceed amount of$447,880.00. These duties include: a) Relocation of the lake crossing poles at the plant site. b) Installation of a pad-mount transformer for construction power. c) Installation of primary metering. d) Relocation of existing automatic transfer switch that serves the existing City of Cedar Park water treatment plant and Leander Sandy Creek raw water pump station. 2. The construction of new and upgraded distribution system from the pump station site to the intersection of FM 1431 and Trails End Road. These duties will include: a) The replacement of one small lake crossing. b) Rebuild of approximately four miles of line that is mostly along Lime Creek and Trails End Road. c) A small portion of the approximate four miles line to be rebuilt will be through the Balcones Canyonland Preserve. Final design is being completed by M&S Engineering, LLC as a subconsultant to Walker Partners.
