WHEREAS, the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, Inc. ("BCRUA") is constructing the
BCRUA Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery System ("Project"); and
WHEREAS, Travis County Transportation and Natural Resources has submitted an invoice for
permit fees connected to the Project; and
WHEREAS, the BCRUA desires to pay said invoice, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BRUSHY CREEK
REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY:
That the General Manager is hereby authorized and directed to pay the invoice for Travis
County permit fees for the BCRUA Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery System Project.
The Board hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of
the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were
discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551,
Texas Government Code, as amended.

If you have not already done so,please visit www.mygovernmentonline.org to create your free
Customer Portal account. It is important to use the same phone number that will appear on your permit. if
you did not apply for your permit with your MyGovernmentOnline.org user account,you will need to
add your permit to your newly created account. Click on the Search Permit button in the Permits&
Licensing section. Select Texas for the state, select Travis County for the Jurisdiction, and select TNR
Permits for the Project Type. Enter your permit number into the Project Number field and click Search.
Click the Add to My Account button.
Click on the My Account button at the top right section of the page. Scroll down to the My Permits
section. Locate the permit number you wish to pay and click on View Permit. Click on the Payments
tab.Click on the Pay Online button near the bottom of the page to pay the balance with your Visa or
MasterCard. Once you have completed processing your payment please allow the permit review staff
sufficient time to review your project and follow-up with you.
