E.1 Consider approval of minutes from the January 25, 2024 City Council meeting and January 30 &
31, 2024 Council Retreat.
F. RESOLUTIONS:
F.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
1 with Capital Excavation Company for the Gattis School Road Segment 6 Project.
F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with BGE,
Inc. for the SH 29 Raw Water Line Relocation OH 35 to Wolf Ranch Parkway) project.
F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
2 with PM Construction & Rehab, LLC for the Chandler Creek 36-inch Wastewater Line
Replacement.

F.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to "City
of Round Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to the Design of the Lawn
on Brushy Creek Downtown Park with Design Workshop, Inc."
F.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
3 with Patin Construction, LLC for the Heritage Trail West Project.
F.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Whirlix Design, Inc.
for the purchase and installation of play equipment at Settlement Park.
F.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Heat Transfer
Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation repair and
installation services.
F.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to RDO Equipment
Co. for the purchase of a John Deere Front End Loader.
F.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to "City
of Round Rock Agreement for the Purchase of OEM Ford Replacement Parts with Mac Haik Ford
Lincoln."
F.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order NO.
1 with Lone Star Paving for the Police Department Asphalt Resurfacing and Striping Project.
F.11 Consider a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse certain expenditures for vehicles
and equipment.
F.12 Consider a resolution authorizing the publication of notice of intention to issue City of Round
Rock, Texas combination tax and limited revenue certificates of obligation, Series 2024, and
other matters related thereto.
F.13 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Quarterly Financial and Investment Report for the
quarter ended December 31, 2023.
F.14 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Joint Election Agreement with Travis
County for the May 4, 2024 General and Special Elections.
F.15 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Election Agreement with Travis
County for the May 4, 2024 General and Special Elections.
F.16 Consider a resolution requiring the provision of certain voting equipment in compliance with
Section 61.012 of the Texas Election Code.
G. ORDINANCES:
G.1 Consider an ordinance authorizing the calling of a General and Special Election for May 4, 2024.

*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
