TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on June 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commissionand on June 27, 2024, at 6:00 pm by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the
public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III – Zoning and Development Code, to allow city staff to be
delegated the ability to approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove a plat as now permitted by section
212.0065(a) of the Texas Local Government Code.
