7/8/2024, between the undersigned purchaser of music, herein called "Purchaser" and the Undersigned Musician or
musicians

1. Location of Event: Old Settlers Park
2. Name of Band Booked: Elevation
3. Date of Event: Friday, July 4 2025
4. Type of Engagement: Round Rock July 4th 2025
5. Agreed upon compensation: 18000
6, Guests Arrival / Event Tirne: / Two (2) one hour sets between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
7. Power Requirement: 6 Separate 20 Amp Circuits
8, Caveat Ernptor: This contract and the terms and conditions contained herein, may be enforced by Emerald City, and its
agents, and by each musician who is a party to this contract or whose tiame appears on the contract or who has, in fact,
performed tile engagement contracted for (herein called participating musician (s)).
9. Parking: Purchaser shall provide fiar ARTIST parking for the truck and vehicles of all members in the closest possible
location. Any parking charges that Artist inCLIrs during the event will be invoiced to Purchaser within five (5) business days
of performance..
10, Sound and Lights provided by Purchaser. An outdoor 16' by 24' covered stage provided by purchaser. Artist will
provide back line and wireless microphones. Artist will need 3 hours to load in and 2 hours to load out.
11. Food for the Band: Hot food and beverages for 8 to be provided by purchaser one hour prior to the performance in ail air
conditioned green room close to the performance space.
12. Overtime: Pro -rated at $6750 per half hour and Must be paid as described below by the following business week.
13. CANCELLATION, PURCHASER REVERSAL OF CANCELLATION, ALTERNATE DATE AFTER CANCELLATION. If Purchaser cancels for any reason,
Purchaser will remain liable for the agreed price (Article 5). If Artist accepts a substitute event on the cancelled date for a price equal to or greater than the
agreed price, then Purchaser will only be liable for a 6% administrative charge. If Arfist accepts a substitute event that is less than the agreed price, then
Purchaser will be liable for the price difference plus a 6% administrative charge, If Purchaser asks Artist to perform after Purchaser has cancelled, Artist will
have the option of accepting depending on the availability of musicians, proximity, and other considerations. Purchaser may request to book Artist on an
alternate date after a cancellation for a 25% courtesy discount off of the price applicable to the alternate date. If for any reason Artist is unable to perform,
Artist will offer a suitable replacement. If the replacement is not acceptable to Purchaser for any reason, Artist will refund all money received from Purchaser
as Purchaser's sole remedy.
14, INCLEMENT WEATHER For outdoor events, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to have an alternate indoor venue in case of inclement weather.
Artist will accommodate Purchaser as much as possible but reserves the right not to perform outdoors if inclement weather threatens the safety of its
equipment and or its members. Purchaser remains responsible for full payment in the event of inclement weather without an indoor alternative. If inclement
weather prevents the Artist from performing before set up on the day of performance the Artist will agree to perform on a mutually agreed upon date
(precluding Saturday nights after 4:00 PM) within 12 months of the performance date stated in this contract.
15. Deposit and Payments: Please return the signed contract and the deposit payment of $9000 within five days of receipt of
this document, A final payment of $9000 is due by 6/24/2025, Payments can be mailed to 4807 Keller Springs Rd, Addison,
