Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall,
221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on September 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission,and on September 26,2024,at 6:00 pm by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard
at the public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III - Zoning and Development Code, to combine the Utilities and
Environmental Services Department and the Transportation Department into a single Public Works Department.Case
