BCRUA-2024-018 - 8/28/2024RESOLUTION NO. BCRUA-2024-i 9 WHEREAS, the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, Inc. ("BCRUA") has previously entered into a contract ("Contract") with Thalle 1 SAK Joint Venture for the BCRUA Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery System Project; and WHEREAS, the BCRUA has determined that it is necessary to make changes to the quantity of work to be performed or materials, equipment, or supplies to be provided, and WHEREAS, it has been detennined that it is necessary to change said Contract in accordance with the attached Contract Change Order No. 1, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BRUSHY CREEK REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY, That the Board President is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the BCRUA, Change Order No. I to the Contract with Thalle 1 SAK Joint Venture, a copy of same being attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
