D. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
D.1 Conduct preliminary hearing to determine whether or not reasonable grounds exist for the
Commission to hold a final hearing on the complaint filed by Jill Farris against Mayor Craig
Morgan.
E. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
E.1 Board of Ethics may convene into closed executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code:
Section 551.071, to seek the advice of legal counsel regarding the formal ethics complaint
received on August 28, 2024.
Section 551.074(a)(2),to consider a complaint or charge against a public officer received on
August 28, 2024.

F. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation for the City of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during
the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below as authorized by Texas Government
