Following completion of work within the Temporary Construction Access Easement area described in Exhibit "Aif State has removed or damaged improvements, herbage, or planted landscaping within said easement area or otherwise on Grantor's property, State shall at its expense restore properties injured by State's activities as closely as commercially possible to substantially the same condition as existed previous to State's entry upon the particular property, taking into acCOLLnt the proposed modifications described herein.
