(Pursuant to Texas Government Code,Section 551.007 which allows the public to speak for a total of three(3)
minutes on any of the agenda items listed below-excludinq any executive sessions.l
D. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Conduct preliminary hearing to determine whether or not reasonable grounds exist for the
Commission to hold a final hearing on the complaint filed by Michael Brown against Valerie
LaCour Francois and Joshua Wilcox.
E. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Board of Ethics may convene into closed executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code:
Section 551.071, to seek the advice of legal counsel regarding the formal ethics complaint
received on November 4, 2024.
Section 551.074(a)(2) to consider a complaint or charge against Valerie LaCour Francois and
Joshua Wilcox received on November 4, 2024.

F. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Ethics Review Commission for the City of Round
Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
