the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCI-IARGE a portion of a 15 foot Wastewater Easement dedicated by plat in DOCUment No. 2019081619
of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property,
to -wit:
Being 0.064 acres out of Lot I A. and Lot 1 B, Block A, Replat Lot 1, Final Plat of Gardens
at Mayfield, recorded in Document No. 2019081619 Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas; said 0.064 acres being more fully described by metes and bounds and
shown by sketch in Exhibit "A," incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easernctit, which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
