Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so
after completing the required registration card.All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length per
§2-26(b)(5),of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances,2018 Edition. Any comments regarding items not on the
posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.
E. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent aqenda and considered separately.
E.1 Consider approval of minutes from the February 27,2025,City Council meeting.
E.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Siddons-Martin
Emergency Group, LLC for the purchase of firehouse supplies and equipment.
E.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Smith Pump
Company, Inc.for the purchase of pump repair services for Raw Water Intake#8 and #9.
EA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
Freese and Nichols, Inc.for Erosion,Stabilization and Restoration.

F. RESOLUTIONS:
F.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Paradigm
Contracting for the purchase of Parks and Recreation equipment for the Old Settlers Park.
F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Siddons-Martin
Emergency Group, LLC for the purchase of a Fire Enforcer Rescue Truck.
F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Water Service Agreement
with 4400 Sam Bass Road LLC for property located at 4400 Sam Bass Road, Round Rock,
Williamson County,Texas.
F.4 Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program for RRTX Lake
Creek Hotel, LP.
F.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Economic Development Program
Agreement with RRTX Lake Creek Hotel, L.P.
G. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
