56. Consider a status update from the General Manager regarding the 2025 SWIFT Loan Abridged
Application to TWDB.
6. RESOLUTIONS:
6A. Consider a resolution accepting the BCRUA Quarterly Investment Report for July 1, 2024 -
September 30, 2024.
6R_ Consider a resolution approving an updated Annual Investment Policy Strategy and Approved
Broker/Dealer List.
6C. Consider a resolution authorizing the Board President to execute a Contract for Engineering
Services with Walker Partners Engineering for the BCRUA Asset Management Plan Phase 2
Project.
61). Consider a resolution authorizing the Board President to execute an Assignment of Contract for
Engineering Services from the cities of Cedar Park, Leander and Round Rock.
