D.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the February 27, 2025,Type B meeting.
E. PRESENTATIONS:
EA Consider a presentation on the results of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Plan.
F. RESOLUTIONS:
F.1 Consider a resolution approving an amendment to the Transportation Capital Improvements
Program (TCIP)to increase funding for the following projects: CR 118 Widening, Gattis School
Road Segments 4&5, Greenlawn Boulevard, and intersection of Sam Bass Road & Hairy Man
Road.
F.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and a resolution approving a proposed amendment to the
Transportation Capital Improvements Program (TCIP) and determining that the new projects
listed meet the requirements pursuant to the Local Government Code, § 505.152: Chisholm Trail
Rd at Brushy Creek Sidewalk Connection and Northeast Downtown Improvements Phase 2.
