2015-2573 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve Amendment
No. 2 to the Kenney Fort PUD (PUD 40). 26.2 acres, more or less, to allow
detached townhouses within Parcel B. Generally located west of the
intersection of S. Kenney Fort Blvd. and Forest Creek Dr. Case No.
ZON1505-001
2015-2574 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to rezone 6.92 acres,
more or less. SF -2 (Single-family - Standard lot) District to LI (Light
Industrial) District to be known as Joseph Tract Rezoning. Generally
located southwest of the intersection of McNeil Rd. and S. IH -35. Case No.
