April 17 2025 EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICE Amendment#1 CITY OF ROUND ROCK—BOB BENNETT FACILITY IMPLEMENTATION OF MASTER PLAN PHASE'S 11,III,IV&V The follovnng Scope items are modification of the original Bob Bennett Complex scope of services All items in the original scope not modified in this change are still applicable to the project. A Phase II changes and updates are as defined in this scope of work and documented in the updated program B Phases III and IV have been suspended from this scope of work.No additional work will be done on either of these phases as they have already been programmed.If additional funds become available these phases might be reactivated C Phase V is a new area of the program utilizing the SPJST Lodge#187 property to be purchased by the City of Round Rock This area will house the Utility and Transportation fueling island and wash bay facilities D Further detailed programming information is available in the Bob Bennett Complex Vision Plan Concept Design Report dated 12/20/2024 ASSUMPTIONS The following assumptions are modification or additions of the original scope 2. CoRR has obtained full access and control of the Bob Bennett Complex(BBC)property. The SPJST Lodge#187 land and building once purchased by the City of Round Rock will be included in the Bob Bennett Complex 3. The design team will provide an updated boundary and topological survey of the Phase Il, 111, IV&V sites. 4. CoRR will provide the required Geotechnical analysis of the Phase 11, 111, IV,V sites. 8 CoRR will make available any reports,tests, past surveys,or documents related to the Bob Bennett Site and Facilities and the Architect will be able to rely upon the accuracy of the material in the performance of tasks related to Phases 11, III, IV&V of the projects. 18. Fueling Facility will be included in PhaseV on the newly purchased the SPJST Lodge#187 property. 19. Wash Facility will be included in Phase V on the newly purchased the SPJST Lodge#187 property. 21. Notice to Proceed(NTP)for all design work on the SPJST Lodge#187 site for Phase V design and survey will be given by CoRR once the property has been fully purchased. 22. Survey of the site for Phase V will need to be started by April 30'^, 2025, to maintain the design schedule as set below. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. No changes in Predesign services from the original scope of services FINAL DESIGN SERVICES: A. TRANSPORATiON ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE - PHASE It — Thirty 30 Weeks not including Permitting, bidding or reviews greater than 2 weeks. Based upon information and program established during pre-design and approved project concepts and budget the Architect will initiate Final Design services. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Additional Services are defined as any service not listed as a basic service including revisions to previously approved plans that necessitate additional work for the Architect,substantive changes in the Project Scope,or additional work necessitated by unknown or reasonably unforeseen circumstances.The parties expressly agree that such additional services would be performed under a supplemental agreement negotiated at a time subsequent to this proposal.
