By that certain Driveway Joint Access Agreement(the"Easement"),dated June 24, 1986,recorded in Volume 1384,Page 626 of the Official Records of Williamson County,Texas,certain easements,rights and obligations were created pertaining to the real property described in the Easement(the"Prope ").Capitalized terms used by not defined herein shall have the respective meaning given to them in the Easement. B. The Parties, being the current owners of the KSP Property and the Oakmont Property, desire to terminate the Easement. NOW THEREFORE in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,the Parties hereby terminate the Easement and all easements, covenants, rights and obligations arising under the Easement. The terms and provisions of this instrument shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. This Termination of Driveway Joint Access Agreement may be executed in a number of counterparts. Each counterpart is deemed an original,and all counterparts will,collectively, constitute one Termination of Driveway Joint Access Agreement.
