D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
D.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the April 28, 2022 Round Rock Transportation and
Economic Development Corporation meeting.
E. RESOLUTIONS:
E.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute a Real Estate Contract with
CND-Double Creek, LLC for the purchase of a 0.403 acre parcel required for construction of the
proposed Double Creek/Ray Berglund connector road.
E.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City of Round Rock to enter into a contract with Capital
Excavation Company for the construction of the Gattis School Road Segment 6 Project.
E.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the President to execute an Amendment to the Economic
Development Incentive Agreement with Ametrine, Inc..
EA Consider public testimony regarding, and a resolution approving,Valex Corporation as an
authorized Type B project and authorizing the President to execute an Economic Development
Incentive Agreement.

F. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
F.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
G. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation for the City of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during
the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below as authorized by Texas Government
Code:
