Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/]00 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by RASSIER PROPERTIES-GREENLAWN CROSSING
CENTER, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, whose address is 3006 Bee Caves Road, Suite C-
250, Austin, Texas 78746, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a Water Line Easement recorded as Document No.
2001035095 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -
described property, to -wit:
Being a 0.083 acre (3,622 square feet) tract of land. being a portion of a 0.426 acre water
line easement granted to the City ol' Round Rock in Document No. 2001035095 of the
Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of Lot 3. Block
A, the Amending I-inal Plat of the Greenlawn Crossing Subdivision, a subdivision of
record in Document No. 2001003900 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas; said 0.083 acre tract being more fully described by metes and bounds and
shown by sketch in Exhibit "A," incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor its Grantee of said easement, which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment.

distance of 180.66 feet;

calculated point in a southerly line of the said 0.426 acre water line easement, for the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE North 05'35`23" East, crossing the said 0.426 acre water line easement, a
distance of 15.54 feet to a calculated point in a northerly line of said water line
easement;
