CONSIDERATION: Ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged
PROPERTY: All of those certain tracts or parcels of land, situated in the County of
Williamson, State of Texas, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein for any and all purposes.
PROJECT: Raw Water Delivery System Phase 2 (Permanent Power System)
RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE:
All the rights of the underlying fee owners; easements and rights-of-way of
record; all presently recorded restrictions, reservations, covenants, conditions, oil and gas
leases, mineral severances, and other instruments; any other easements, liens, and
encumbrances of record that affect the Property; discrepancies, conflicts, or shortages in
area or boundary lines; and any encroachments or overlapping of improvements.
CONVEYANCE:
Assignor, for the consideration recited herein and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, and subject to the reservations from and
exceptions to conveyance and warranty, grants, assigns and conveys to Grantee the
electric utility easement property interests described herein and otherwise identified in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto without express or implied warranty, and all warranties that
might arise by common law and the warranties in Section 5.023 of the Texas Property
Code are excluded.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.
By execution of this Assignment document Assignee acknowledges, consents to
and accepts the Assignment as set out herein.
