WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock ("City") has previously entered into a "City of Round
Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to Police Cadet Psychological Testing
and Evaluation with Insight Psychology and Behavioral Health Services LLC" ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, City and Insight Psychology and Behavioral Health Services LLC desire to
increase the Contract Amount by an additional $36,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into said Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with
Insight Psychology and Behavioral Health Services LLC, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City Supplemental
Agreement No. 2 to "City of Round Agreement for Professional Consulting Services Related to Police
Cadet Psychological Testing and Evaluation with Insight Psychology and Behavioral Health Services
LLC," a copy of same being attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and
subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was
open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter
hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services related to Police Cadet Psychological Testing and Evaluation"
called "Supplemental Agreement No. 1," is made by and between the CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality, with offices located at 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664-5299 (referred to herein as the "City"), and INSIGHT PSYCHOLOGY
AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC whose offices are located at 305 North
Heatherwilde Boulevard, Suite 310, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 (referred to herein as
"Consultant").
WHEREAS,the City and Consultant previously executed the referenced"City of Round
Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to Police Cadet Psychological
Testing and Evaluation"hereinafter called the"Agreement"on September 8,2022 by Resolution
No. R-2022-294; and
WHEREAS,the Agreement states that the total amount of costs to be paid to Consultant
shall not exceed$60,000.00 for the term of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS,the parties executed Supplemental Agreement No. 1 increasing the Contract
Amount by an additional$15,000.00 for a new not-to-exceed total of$75,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to increase the Contract Amount by an additional
$36,000.00 as set forth herein; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 2, the City and Consultant agree that said
Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows:

I.
Section 4.0. Costs, is amended to read as follows:
In consideration for the professional consulting services to be performed by Consultant,
City agrees to pay Consultant an amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Eleven Thousand and
No/100 Dollars($111,000.00) as set forth in Exhibit"A."
II.
This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 shall amend the original Agreement only as set forth
herein with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Consultant have executed this Supplemental
Agreement No. 2 to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
