ADDENDUM TO THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO ENGINEERING
AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING
BETWEEN CITY OF ROUND ROCK AND UES PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS 45,LLC
(FKA ROCK ENGINEERING AND TESTING LABORATORY,LLC).
This Addendum (Addendum)amends the Consultant Agreement(Agreement)dated
June 21,2024, between City of Round Rock(Company)and UES PROFESSIONAL
SOLUTIONS 45, LLC(FKA ROCK ENGINEERING AND TESTING LABORATORY, LLC).
(Consultant).
Terms in this Addendum not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings as set forth in the
Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and the
provisions of this Addendum,the provisions of this Addendum shall govern. This Addendum is
hereby incorporated into the Agreement as if fully set forth herein.
Effective September 1, 2025 the name of the Consultant on this contract will legally change to
UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC. The provisions of the Agreement noted below are hereby
changed as follows:
AMENDMENT OF CONSULTANT'S LEGAL NAME
All reference to"UES Professional Solutions 45, LLC."and to the"Consultant"in the Agreement are
hereby changed via this Addendum to UES Professional Solutions 44,LLC.
