THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 to “City of Round Rock Agreement for
Financial Consulting Services with Susan LeFan” hereinafter called “Supplemental Agreement
No. 1,” is made by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas, a home-rule municipality,
hereinafter called the “City” and Susan LeFan, hereinafter called the “Consultant.”
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant previously executed the referenced “City of Round
Rock Agreement for Financial Consulting Services with Susan LeFan,” hereinafter called the
“Agreement;” and
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the term of the Agreement and increase the
original contract amount; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the
Agreement through January 1, 2026, and increase the contract amount by $3,500.00 as set forth
herein;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the City and Consultant agree that said
Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows:
I.
Section 1.01 (B) of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
1.01 EFFECTIVE DATE, DURATION, AND TERM
B. The term of this Agreement shall be from the effective date through January 31,
2026.

II.
Section 1.03 (A) of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
1.03 CONSULTING FEE
A. The fee to be paid to the Consultant for the services set forth in Exhibit “A” shall
be Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) per hour for a total not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-
Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($38,500.00) for the term of the Agreement.
III.
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall amend the original Agreement only as set forth
herein with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Consultant have executed this Supplemental
Agreement to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
