A RESOLUTION AMENDING "APPENDIX A: FEES, RATES AND
CHARGES"TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS,RELATED TO MIXED USE DISTRICTS AND
ADDING A PERMIT FEE FOR SIDEWALK FURNITURE
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend certain fees related to mixed-use districts and
sidewalk furniture from"Appendix A: Fees, Rates and Charges,"Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
I.
That the following fees set forth in "Appendix A: Fees, Rates and Charges" to the Code
of Ordinances, City of Round Rock, Texas, related to Mixed-Use and PUD Districts are hereby
added as follows:
PART III—ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE
CHAPTER 2:ZONING DISTRICT AND USE REGULATIONS
Article VI. Mixed-Use and PUD Districts:
2-71(d)(7) Sidewalk Furniture Annual Permit $50.00
and
2-72(e)(9)
II.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place
and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such
meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by
the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
