Counties of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East
Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/]00
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by SWITCH, LTD., a Nevada
limited liability company, whose mailing address is 7135 Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada
89118, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE the following Waterline Easement ("Easement"):
Being a 0.7288 acre (31,746 square feet) tract of land situated in the ASA Thomas
Survey, Abstract No. 609, City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and
being part of Lot 3A, Block A of the Dell North Campus (Replat), according to the
plat recorded in Instrument Number 2021133566, Official Public Records,
Williamson County, Texas (O.P.R.W.C.T.), and being part of a 15-foot waterline
easement according to the plat of Dell North Campus Subdivision, recorded in
Cabinet Q, Slide 284 (O.P.R.W.C.T.), and also being part of a tract of land as
described in a Special Warranty Deed to Switch LTD., a Nevada limited liability
company, recorded in Instrument No. 2021153867 (O.P.R.W.C.T.); said 0.7288
acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds and by sketch as
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for
all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release only said easement,which said easement is
terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said
easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
