Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by SWITCH, LTD., a Nevada
limited liability company, whose mailing address is 7135 Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada
89118, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE the following Wastewater Easement("Easement"):
Tract One:
Being a 0.3377 acre (14,712 square feet)tract of land situated in the ASA Thomas
Survey, Abstract No. 609, City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and
being part of Lot 3A, Block A of the Dell North Campus(Replat), according to the
plat recorded in Instrument Number 2021133566, Official Public Records,
Williamson County,Texas(O.P.R.W.C.T.), and being part of a 15-foot wastewater
easement according to the plat of Dell North Campus Subdivision, recorded in
Cabinet Q, Slide 284 (O.P.R.W.C.T.), and also being part of a tract of land as
described in a Special Warranty Deed to Switch LTD., a Nevada limited liability
company, recorded in Instrument No. 2021153867 (O.P.R.W.C.T.); said 0.3377
acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds and by sketch as
set forth in Exhibit"A 1", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for
all purposes.
Tract Two:
Being a 0.1534 acre (6,681 square feet) tract of land situated in the ASA Thomas
Survey, Abstract No. 609, City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and
being part of Lot 3A, Block A of the Dell North Campus(Replat), according to the
plat recorded in Instrument Number 2021133566, Official Public Records,
Williamson County,Texas(O.P.R.W.C.T.), and being part of a 30-foot wastewater
easement according to the plat of Dell North Campus Subdivision, recorded in
Cabinet Q, Slide 284 (O.P.R.W.C.T.), and also being part of a tract of land as
described in a Special Warranty Deed to Switch LTD., a Nevada limited liability
company, recorded in Instrument No. 2021 153867 (O.P.R.W.C.T.); said 0.1534
acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds and by sketch as

This instrument is given specifically to release only said easement, which said easement is
