WHEREAS, the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, Inc. (`BCRUA") has
previously determined in Resolution No. BCRUA-2025-027 that "Competitive Sealed Proposal'
is the delivery method which provides the best value for the BCRUA Phase 2A Water Treatment
Plant Expansion Project, and
WHEREAS, after advertising for and receiving proposals from offerors, the BCRUA
determines that Webber Waterworks, LLC is the offeror which offers the best value for the
BCRUA Phase 2A Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the BCRUA now wish to enter into a construction
contract with Webber Waterworks, LLC, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BRUSHY
CREEK REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY:
That, after advertising for and receiving proposals from offerors, the BCRUA hereby
finds that Webber Waterworks, LLC is the offeror which offers the best value for the BCRUA.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
That, subject to the approval of the Participating Cities, the Board President is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the BCRUA a construction contract with Webber
Waterworks, LLC for the BCRUA Phase 2A Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project.
The Board of Directors hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour,
place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such
meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by
the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
