CM-2025-290 - 11/21/2025 Equipment Rental Addendum
This addendum is made this day of November 2025, and is added to and amends that

certain agreement by and between City of Round Rock, as Customer and Team Marathon Fitness, Inc.
DBA Marathon Fitness as Rentor, which agreement is dated 28th day of July, 2022. The Rentor agrees
to continue renting Equipment to the Rentee, and the Rentee agrees to rent the Equipment from the
Rentor in accordance with the terms set out in the initial Agreement signed.
Choose one of the following options:
Option 1:
The Rentee agrees to extend the rental of the existing equipment under the same terms and conditions
at a quarterly payment of$6,249.00 for an additional year, ending November 30, 2026.
Q✓ Option 2:
The Rentee agrees to extend the rental of the existing equipment under the same terms and conditions,
including six (6) preventative maintenance visits at a quarterly payment of$8,424.00, for an additional
term ending November 30, 2026.
Surrender
At the end of the lease term,the Rentee can elect to buy-out the equipment for$8,500.00 or return it to
the Rentor.The election must be communicated at least 90 days prior to the end of the term.
If the Rentee opts to return the Equipment,it must be made available for pickup at 1600 Gattis School Rd,
Round Rock, TX 78664 and the Rentor will arrange, at the Rentor's cost and expense, to pick up the
Equipment. If the Rentee fails to make the Equipment available for pickup, the Rentee shall be liable to
pay the Rentor,any outstanding Rent for the term along with the Casualty Value of the Equipment,which
is defined at 20%,at which point ownership will pass to the Rentee. May
